Royal Gifts had a growing demand and a strong product range, but needed smoother systems to manage digital sales more effectively. That is where Flyingbees stepped in.

We built a social media strategy centred around customisation-focused creatives, gifting occasions, personalised product showcases, festive content, and customer-oriented visuals. Royal Gifts needed more than a basic e-commerce setup. We developed a Shopify store designed specifically for smoother product personalisation and faster purchasing journeys. The website includes 266 active products across 7 collections, structured product categorisation, direct checkout, autofill address functionality, integrated payment gateways, live order tracking, and technical SEO optimisation. We also implemented customisation workflows allowing users to personalise products through material selections, text inputs, and design preferences. The result was a store that feels significantly smoother for both discovery and purchase.
Short-form video content played a major role in showcasing customisation experiences. We created reels focused on product reveals, personalisation workflows, gifting concepts, and aesthetically satisfying final outputs. These helped the audience better visualise the final product experience while increasing engagement and brand interest.
